The rules

Simple, and in writing.

  • 15% for 6 months. On every payment a referred client makes in their first 6 months.
  • Paid monthly, after the client's payment clears, by PayPal, Zelle or check. Minimum payout $50; smaller balances roll over.
  • New clients only. The client enters your code at checkout, or names you within their first week.
  • No commission on refunds or chargebacks.
  • Disclose the relationship. When you share your code, say you earn a commission (for example "#ad" or "I earn a referral fee"). The FTC requires it.
  • No spam, no self-referrals, and no ads that bid on our name.
  • Tax forms. We'll ask for a W-9 before your first payout.

How will I know what I've earned?

You'll get a monthly earnings statement by email with each referred client, what they paid and your commission. A partner dashboard is coming as the program grows.

What if the client gets a discount?

You earn 15% of what the client actually pays. For example, a founding client pays 30% less during their first 6 months, so your commission is 15% of the discounted amount.

Can I be a client and a partner?

Yes. For each new client you bring in, you choose one reward: the free add-on as a client, or the 15% commission as a partner.

Do I need to be a REALTOR® or own a business?

No. Anyone who can honestly recommend us to agents or business owners can apply.
